The competition asks to design a civic center in the park, "La Biblioteca degli Alberi" in Milan. Central theme of the park are the “Circular forests”, areas delimited by different tree species. The project is focused on this theme with a building that is built around a green courtyard made permeable due to deformation of the volume itself. The building is raised and turned to locate the courtyard ensuring visual continuity with the park and generating new points of observation.

The competition requires the design of a civic center in the park "the library of trees" under construction in Milan. The central theme of the future park is the circular forests, areas delimited by different tree species. The project re-proposes this theme with a building that develops around a green courtyard made permeable thanks to the deformation of the volume itself. The building rises and identifies the access to the internal courtyard, guaranteeing visual continuity with the park and generating new observation points.
